EXPLORIST 500 VISTA DRIVER

Today, after over one year of trying to work with Magellan and obtain the promised exchange, I've resigned myself to having been burned. There was a learning curve involved but I am not a genius and I figured it out. But if you are only going to be using the GPS for auto navigation I would suggest an auto device versus a handheld. Very poor Gps and not user friendly. Magellan can learn alot about maps from Garman..

This item is good for travel, it is very small with a good screen. The LE booted up faster was more accurate on position distance and more street maps and street names edplorist the garmin.

The Magellan Geocache Manager enables you to download coordinates from the Internet directly to your eXplorist and the PC-style file system makes it easy to manage all your data. I also have the problem that if you zoom out a lot you end up with a blank map.
